S.O.S.A was formed in 1985 by Steve Chinn (Fang) and Doug Chinn. They soon recruited Wes Anderson (Drums), Sean Sutton (Bass) and Steve 'Stymie' Kerth (Vocals). Sean left the band in 1988 and was replaced by Jim Adams (Defiance). They were a popular band in the local punk underground sceen. They recorded two demos, the first in 1989 and the second in 1992.
